  1. Two-step Ejection by Swing Bar

    The lower system starts, the upper system begins the ejection only in the second step as Fig 6.36 shows.

    The mold opens, while the ejector bar 7 which engages the stop of the machine, the ejector bar

    7 lifts the ejector plates 8 and 9, which in tum lift the ejector pin 2 to force ejector plate I moving

    up. The object is seperated from the forming core 12. Following the ejecting process, the object is

    pushed out of the ejector plate I by ejector pin 4 connected to fixing plate 1l and supporting plate

    10 actuated by swing bar 6.


(2) Two-step Ejection by Chock and Swing Hook 

The two ejection systems start at the same time, the"lower"system stops when it moves a stance, and in the second step only the "upper "system moves further as Fig 6.37 shows The ejector system consists of ejector plates 3 and 4 interconnected by hook 7. Ejector platen 3 and 4 start at the same time at beginning of ejection process when ejector platen 3 is stopped by jector bar 5(Fig. 6.37a). The workpiece is out of the forming core 13 with stripper plate 12 at first ejecting step(Fig. 6.37b). Upon completion of the first step of ejection, the chock 1l pushes the tail of hook 7 revolving around dowel 9, the hook 7 separates from dowel 8. In the second step only the ejector pin I fixed the plates 3 lifts the workpiece(Fig.6.37c)

(3) Two-step Ejection by Hook

The ejector system consists of ejector plates 8, 9 and 11, 13 that start at the same time at beginning of ejection process, because the ejector systems are interconnected by hook 10.The workpiece is out of the forming core at first ejecting step(Fig. 6.38b). Upon completion of the first step of ejection, the guide pin 5 pushes the nose of hook 10 revolving around shaft 15 and out of injector plate 8. At the second step plates 11, 13 stop, the ejector pin 4 fixed between plates 8 and 9 lifts the workpiece(Fig. 6.38c)
