This is a custom made mould, The mould steel is P20, you can also use the 718 steel, and the cavity number is 1+1, top tank and bottom tank make in one mould.
The mould is cold runner system with 4 point Subsurface gate, the runner drop way is automatic
This mould is use for produce the car engine coolant tank, we suggest to use the 470tons injection for producing.

1 | RFQ | Get the sample or drawing from customer, analyze and quote as per customer requests, give some professional suggestions to help customer improve the product |

3 | Place an order | Customer confirms the plastic material, injection machine spec and other details, we start make the design |
4 | Mould design | Make the mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, accordingly customer machine spec and other requests. |
5 | Mould tooling | Start the mould tooling after mould design confirmed.(Cut steel, CNC machining, polishing, testing.) |
