Fig 6.61 is a configuration of unscrewing of threaded cores with rack and gear. The rack 1 is fixed to the stationary clamping plate. Following solidification of the workpieces, the mold opens, gear 2 is connected to the rack, and the spiral gear 4 is uniaxial with gear 2. Gear 3 is an internally and externally toothed central gear. The unscrewing gears 5 are engaged with the internal teeth 3 the screw core is unscrewed out of the workpiece.
