3. Two-step Ejection by U-limit frame U

The two-step ejection systems shown in Fig. 6.33 consisting of U-limit frame 4 connected to the movable fixing plate 7 and swing bar 3 fixed supporting plate 8

Operation: Ejector plates 8 and 9 are started by ejector bar 6 at the same time, swing bars restricted by U-limited frame just move up. Ejector plate 13 forces workpiece out of the forming core 11 during swing bars 3 pushes dowel I up. Upon completion of the first step of ejection, the pin 10 ejects the workpiece off the ejector plate 13 when swing bar 3 unlimited by U-limit frame

4. Two-step Ejection by inclined pin and slider

The lower system starts, the upper system moves faster than the lower system in the second step as Fig6.34 shows.

The two ejection systems start at the same time, the "upper"ejector system stops when it moves a distance and in the second step only the "lower" ejector system moves further as Fig6.35 shows.
