3. Two-step Ejection by U-limit frame U
The two-step ejection systems shown in Fig. 6.33 consisting of U-limit frame 4 connected to the movable fixing plate 7 and swing bar 3 fixed supporting plate 8
Operation: Ejector plates 8 and 9 are started by ejector bar 6 at the same time, swing bars restricted by U-limited frame just move up. Ejector plate 13 forces workpiece out of the forming core 11 during swing bars 3 pushes dowel I up. Upon completion of the first step of ejection, the pin 10 ejects the workpiece off the ejector plate 13 when swing bar 3 unlimited by U-limit frame
4. Two-step Ejection by inclined pin and slider
The lower system starts, the upper system moves faster than the lower system in the second step as Fig6.34 shows.
