At the begining of June, Taizhou Tuofang Plastic Mould Co., Ltd has finished two plastic injection mould for Industry product. These two mould is for our Greece customer. Before shipping we checked all detials of the mould, to make sure the mould is work perfect. Now mould is already on the way to Greece.
Here we would like to share what we done before one mould ship to our customers.
1. Mould test on suitable injection machine; mould testing can help us to check if the mould is work well before shipping.
2. Checking the cooling line; to make sure all the cooling line is fluent and without leakage.
3. Clean the mould and put the anti-rust oil.
4. Put mould lable; to show the mould informations, like name, size, weight, etc..
5. Assamble save lock, and put the accessories parts.
6. Packing; inside pack with plastic wrap, outside pack with woodcase.
