The mold category is classified into the following categories by US SPI-SPE.
I. 101 type mold (SPI-SPE standard 1,000,000 beer or above, long-term precision production mold)
1. Need detailed mold structure diagram.
2. The hardness of the mold blank material is at least 280BN. (DME #2 steel / 4140 steel)
3. The inner mold steel with glue position must be hard to 48~50HRC. The rest of the parts such as row position, pressure lock, beading, etc. should also be hardware.
4. The thimble plate should have a guide post.
5. The line must have a hard film.
6. If required, the upper mold, lower mold and row position should have temperature control.
7. For all waterways, it is recommended to use electroless nickel or 420 stainless steel as a template. This will prevent rust and clean up the garbage.

2. Type 102. (No more than 1,000,000 beer, mass production of molds.)

III. 103 model (less than 500,000 beer, medium production mold.)

2. The hardness of the blank material is 165BHN. (DME #1 steel / 1040 steel)
3. The inner mold steel is P20 (28~32HRC) or high hardness (36~38HRC).
4. The rest of the requirements are subject to need.
Four. 104 type molds (less than 100,000 beer, a small amount of production mold)
1. Need a mold structure diagram.
2. Mold blank material P20 (28~32HRC) can be made of mild steel or aluminum. (1040 steel)
3. The inner module can be made of aluminum, mild steel or other approved metal.
4. The rest of the requirements are subject to need.
V. 105 type mold. (less than 500 beer, first model or test mode)
1. Available aluminum cast iron or epoxy resin or any material as long as there is sufficient strength to produce the minimum number of tests
