First of all, this kind of helmet is composed of three parts: a cap shell, a cap lining and a chin strap.
(1) Cap shell: This is the main part of the helmet, which generally adopts an oval or hemispherical thin shell structure. This structure will produce a certain pressure deformation under impact pressure. Due to the rigidity of the material to absorb and disperse the force, plus the smooth surface and circular curve, it is easy to make the impact object slip away and reduce the impact time. According to the needs and to strengthen the strength of the helmet shell, the shell can be made into a variety of types such as light top, top rib, edge and no edge.
(2) Cap liner: Cap liner is the general name of the parts in the cap shell that directly contact the top of the wearer's head. It is composed of cap hoop straps, top straps, protective straps, support straps, sweat-absorbent straps, and pad technology tethers. The material of the cap lining can be made of cotton webbing, synthetic fiber belt and plastic lining belt. The cap hoop is an endless belt, which tightly surrounds the person's head when worn. The forehead of the belt is lined with sweat-absorbing material, which has a certain sweat-absorbing effect. . The hat hoop ring belt can be divided into two types: fixed band and adjustable band. There are two kinds of hat hoop with back neck band and without back band. The top strap is a lining strap that is in contact with the top of the human head. The top strap and the cap shell can be connected with rivets, or connected with the socket of the cap shell by the socket of the strap, and the top has a cross shape and a six-stripe shape. There are 4-6 sockets correspondingly.
(3) Chin belt: The belt that is tied to the chin to fix the safety helmet. The chin belt is composed of a belt and a locking clip. The cap liner without a back neckband uses a "y"-shaped chin strap.
