| 1. Mould deisgn | need 5days | We will send the mould design to customer before mould making. |
| 2. Mould steel | need 5 days | We will prepare the mould steel after mould design approval. |
| 3. Rough CNC machining | need 5 days | We will start to make rough CNC machining after get mould material. |
| 4. Finishing CNC machining | need 7 days | We will make finish CNC machining after rough CNC machining. |
| 5. EDM machining | need 4 days | We will make EDM machining for some ribs if need. |
| 6. Mould assembly | need 5 days | We will assemble the mould after finishing all machining. |
| 7. Mould test | need 1 days | We will test the mould after assemble all parts of the mould. |
