Plastic basin mould ejection is the last link in the injection molding process. The quality of ejection will directly affect the quality of products, especially transparent products. It should be known that any thimble will leave marks on the plastic parts, and as the thimble continues to wear during the production process, such marks will become more and more obvious.

1. The ejector pin should be placed at the place where the ejection force is most conducive to the finished product; the ejection force must be applied to the bottom point of the plastic part to push the plastic part out instead of pulling it out.

2. The ejection force must act on the part where the product can withstand the maximum ejection force, that is, the part with good rigidity and maximum strength. Such as the side wall, the bone position, the column position, the side wall of the shell, and the action area should be as large as possible (ie Choose a thimble with a large diameter as much as possible) to prevent the plastic parts from being deformed or damaged. Try to avoid the force point acting on the thin surface of the product to prevent the product from cracking, perforating, and whitening. For example, the cylindrical product is ejected from the ejector pin instead of the ejector.

3. In order to prevent the product from deforming, the stress point should be as close as possible to the core or difficult to demold parts, such as small columns and bones.

4. The thimble should be arranged at the corner of the plastic as much as possible.

5. The thimble should be arranged as symmetrically as possible.

6. In molds with slider side core pulling and inclined sliding block, the ejector pin should be arranged as far as possible outside the projection surface of the side core pulling or inclined sliding block on the parting surface. If it is unavoidable, add a thimble to reset the mechanism first. .

7. In order to facilitate the spout to fall off, the spout thimble should be dropped at the corner of the spout.

8. The thimble should be placed on a flat place as much as possible. If the slope of the thimble is large, the thimble should be ground into a step shape to increase the ejection force, or increase the arrow foot or the thimble column without affecting the function.





The temperature of the injection Plastic basin  mold has an important influence on the filling flow, solidification and setting of the plastic melt, production efficiency, and the shape and dimensional accuracy of the plastic parts. The purpose of setting the temperature adjustment system in the injection mold is to control the temperature of the mold so that the injection molding has good product quality and high productivity. Therefore, in this design, it is necessary to design a temperature adjustment system for the upper and lower shells of the handset. Consider the following selection principles when designing:

① There should be as many cooling water channels as possible and the cross-sectional size should be as large as possible;

② The distance from the cooling channel to the cavity surface should be as equal as possible;

③ Enhanced cooling in the middle;

④ The temperature difference between the entrance and exit of the waterway should be as small as possible;

⑤ The cooling channel should be set along the direction of plastic shrinkage.

In addition, the design of the cooling water channel must try to avoid close to the welded part of the plastic part, so as to avoid welding marks and reduce the strength of the plastic part; the cooling water channel should be easy to process and clean, and the diameter of the general water channel is about 10 mm; the design of the cooling water channel should prevent cooling water For leaks, seals should be added to all parts that are easy to leak.
