a.When the mould is vacant, spray the anti-rust oil
b.To clean the gate and cooling system regularly
c.Avoid to use recycled material if the mould is suitable for virgin material only
Shipping Prepare |
1.the surface of core and cavity will be covered by antirust.
2. the mould surface will be covered by butter.
3the mould will be packed by plastic membrane.
4.the mould will be put into wooden case.
5.some other spare parts and all date sheet(2D/3D drawing and revised drawing)will be prepare the some wear parts, like spring, ejector pins, cooling connector, eyeblot.pack with the mould

b. mould steel you want to use.
c. standard mould base or not.
d. runner system you want(cold or hot)

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
Q: Will you send me the free sample?
A: Yes, but you should charge the freight by yourself. We can return the fee if you place a bulk order.
Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A: For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first, and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into non-fumigation wooden case.
And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s request to pack.
Q:What formats of the drawings do you need in order to make a quotation.
A:Please provide your 3D drawings saved as stp or igs format.
