3, Design: we have more than 20+ mold desingers and 5+ CNC Engineers with rich experience. UG NX4 CAD and UG NX4 CAM for design and manufacturing and AutoCAD2007 for 2D layout.
4. Mould design is subject to customers’ requirements.We will prepare DFM report and mold flow analysis report for customer if you need.
5. Heat treatment of mold (Hardening)can be provided including quencher, nitridation, tempering, etc.
6, we have 8 product assembly lines
7, QC Department: We have 2 sets CMM and 2D measuring projector to control reliable quality.

Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A: 1).For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first,and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into wooden case.
2).And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s request to pack.
