By improving the steelmaking process, the purity of the die steel is effectively improved, thereby improving the mirror processing performance of the die steel.
2. The unevenness of the microstructure of the die steel will cause defects such as hairline, abrasive spots and pits when the mirror steel is mirror-finished. By improving the steelmaking process and the heat treatment process, the uniformity of the microstructure of the die steel can be improved; the hardness of the die steel can be improved, and the mirror polishing performance of the die steel can be improved.
