1) The injection mold has a large cross-sectional area and the selected steel has poor hardenability;

2) The selected injection mold steel contains serious carbonized substances;
3) The forging process of the injection mold is incorrect, and the annealing treatment is not performed well after forging;

4) The processed surface of the injection mold has not removed the decarburized layer produced during annealing or quenching heating;

5) After the injection mold is quenched and heated, the cooling rate is too slow, and the quenching cooling medium is improperly selected;

6) There are too many impurities in the quenching cooling medium, or the quenching cooling medium is aging;
7) Insufficient tempering and too high tempering temperature.
