PET, scientific name: polyethylene terephthalate, it is a linear thermoplastic.

③Put these fragments into a steam treatment device, add flake caustic soda to remove greasy and other stubborn impurities.
④ Rinse with clean water, shake off the remaining water and pack it into a bag. Then go to a vacuum oven for drying.
⑤ Spinning, shaping, stretching with hot water and steam, and shaping again.
Three, ABS plastic process
Most of ABS plastic comes from electrical products, various daily necessities and some small mechanical parts.
①For ABS, the most common ones are computer case, TV case, instrument case, car panel, and decoration materials. The materials should be separated, especially for electroplating and painting color.
②Chemical treatment, de-plating, and de-painting, but de-plating and de-painting must be cautious. Because the chemical potion has a certain ratio, protective equipment and containers must be used, otherwise it will cause injuries and other incidents.
③The cleaning tank is cleaned, and then dried, color matched or auxiliary materials are placed in order to improve the quality.

4. Process flow of recycled polycarbonate (PC)
Polycarbonate, amorphous plastic, engineering plastics. Most of them come from textile accessories, car headlights, taillights, turn signals, candy making molds, discs, telecommunication equipment, photographic equipment, etc.
① First select the purchased PC, which is transparent and opaque, and the blue, red, green, and black must be separated; there are also modified ones, such as most of the textile accessories are modified; such as discs and lamp caps are coated.
②Clean the various colors of PC, and the deplating process of disc lamp holder, etc., also operate on the same principle as ABS. Then they are dried, classified and sent to extruder for production.
③Some PCs are more yellow and can produce porcelain white; transparent ones are still transparent; other colors can be added with colorants and material additives.
④The special extruder makes granulation, but the PC itself is easy to age, so it cannot be recycled many times. The granulation must be cautious, and the pellets are cut and packed.
5. Process flow of recycled polyvinyl chloride (PVC) hard material
PVC hard materials mostly come from building materials, plastic steel windows and doors, electroplated hard plates, plastic valves for chemical plants, sewer pipes, and decorative materials.
① First select the process and separate the colors. These materials can be divided into white, gray and black, but do not mix PP and PE.
②It is crushed by the crusher, but it is also crushed with water. Remove the pollution and wash with water, then dry it to prevent secondary pollution.
③The mixing machine is used for ingredients and mixing. If it is white material, add some coloring agent, and add additives as needed.
④Special PVC extruder is used for scraping pellets, cooling and bagging.
